I strongly believe that your time is valuable as is mine and I make every attempt to start your appointment at the scheduled time. In my commitment to provide a unique and outstanding experience to all of my clients, I have adopted the following policies:

Cancellation policy and fees

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance to info@sacredthai-therapies.com or whatsapp: +351 916882644

Cancellations with less than:

• 12 hours notice are subject to a 50% fee of the service cost.

• 6 hours notice are subject to a 100% fee of the service cost. 

Massage start time

If it’s your first session, please arrive to your appointment 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. An early arrival or preparation allows you for a relaxed and unhurried experience. For following sessions, 5 minutes is enough.

Late arrival

I regret that if you arrive late, it may not be possible to extend the duration of your scheduled treatments. Only in special situations and when my schedule will allow, can I consider the possibility of partially or completely extending the treatment. However, it is important to note that the original booking amount will be charged, even if it is not feasible to extend the treatment. Thank you for your punctuality and understanding.
