Thai Massage

Full session (150 or 120 minutes)

Experience this powerful full-body treatment that begins at your feet and gently progresses to your head. Throughout the session, I target the body's primary energy lines, known as Sen lines, to enhance the free flow of energy and release any trapped blockages. Additionally, a number of deep nourishing stretches might be applied throughout the body which helps to stretch out and ease away any tension and, over time, can help increase flexibility and range of motion. Therapeutic acupressure points are also incorporated with hands, elbows, feet or knees addressing various health conditions.

Rest assured, I tailor the treatment to your body's unique needs and limitations.

Following the session, you'll emerge deeply relaxed, re-balanced, and revitalized. Regular sessions offer cumulative and long-lasting health benefits, fostering overall well-being.

The massage is performed FULLY CLOTHED. Please wear loose comfortable clothing. A long sleeve T-shirt and light jogging bottoms are ideal.

An excellent choice for those who suffer from muscle pain, anxiety, stress, circulation problems and movement difficulties, or simply seek to prioritize self-care, and prefer to keep their clothes on during treatment.

Targeted Treatment Sessions (90, 60 or 30 minutes)

These sessions are designed to target only one area of the body. Areas usually fall into Shoulders/Neck/Back, Low Back/Glutes/Sciatica, Hips/Glutes/Quads, Feet/Lower Legs.

If you prefer a shorter session time and want to work deeply on specific areas of the body, this is the session for you.

SESSION LENGTH

The session length includes an initial interview /assessment, as well as approximately 5 to 10 minutes at the end to discuss self-care routines, with the aim of prolonging the benefits of the session. In the first session, the initial phase can last up to 20 minutes, therefore our recommendation of a minimum of 90 minutes.

30-minute sessions are reserved exclusively for follow-up sessions, which means they can only be booked from the second session onwards.


RECOVERY
It may take 1-2 days to recover from your session.

Every body reacts differently to this style of work. And depending on how deep you want to work you may experience different reactions.

Most people feel lighter, more flexible, relaxed and energized. Others may feel some soreness in their muscles for about 24-48 hours.

At times you may feel tingling in say a finger or hand. This is just energy still moving within you that was released during your session. These feelings usually dissipate after a day or two.

After about 48 hours you should be able to fully feel the full benefits of your session.

FEEDBACK

I encourage my clients to share how they feel during and after the session. This helps me adjust and personalize how I work with you in future sessions.
